Comfortable bed, convenient location, where we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in our room and the easy access to public transport, which made exploring the area very simple.

i had a great stay during a wedding ceremony. my previous experience at a different hotel in liverpool wasn't as good, but cocoon at international inn exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and spacious room. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us when needed.

the room could use better lighting.

Great stay, handy location!

Loved the location, so close to all the bars and restaurants. Our room in the basement was cozy and clean. The staff were super friendly, giving us tips on where to eat. Only bummer was the air-con was stuck on, leaving us a bit chilly at night.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect, close to the bars and clubs, making it easy for us to enjoy some nightlife. We also checked out a nearby football match, which was a blast. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the friendly staff who made our stay even better.

We did have a hiccup with our door lock, which was frustrating. It took a few tries to get it to work properly during our stay.

The stay was quite basic but met my needs for a short transit visit. The room itself was okay, but it felt a bit cramped and had a musty smell. the location was fantastic – I was able to explore several attractions nearby, including the Liverpool Cathedral and Tate Liverpool, all within walking distance. it provided just what I needed for a night in the city without any frills.

The three-bedroom apartment packs ample space for families with its cozy living area and well-sized bedrooms. A decent kitchenette provided flexibility for some snacks, a plus for those on the go.

The beds were not comfortable, sporting thin mattresses that led to poor sleep quality, prompting one of us to switch to the living room couches. The TV was on the fritz and never got fixed, which may annoy others more than it did us. While the overall cleanliness was satisfactory, the bathroom showed some wear with cracks on the walls and ceiling, and a few bugs made an appearance—might be unsettling for some. a bit of added coziness in the living area would have elevated the stay. perhaps a few cushions or a lamp could help brighten the space up.

cocoon @ international inn is a great place to stay. the location is super convenient, right in the city center at a reasonable price. the staff were helpful and polite, which made a big difference during my check-in. the room was clean and tidy, and it felt welcoming.
